Job Description
AlphaSense is looking for a Customer Success Manager with 2–4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, consulting, or as a financial services analyst. The role involves engaging with clients through high-stakes interactions, leading onsite workshops, and developing strategic workflows. The candidate should be operationally proficient, technically curious, and able to manage a portfolio of approximately 50 accounts while maintaining high-touch quality. The position requires leading technical discussions on APIs, MCP, and LLMs, translating complex technology into actionable insights for senior executives. The role is based in New York City with at least one day per week in the office. The base salary range is $80,000 - $95,000 USD, with potential bonuses and benefits. The ideal candidate is a strategic partner, a storyteller, and a data-driven executor, capable of driving platform engagement and growth.
