Your duties include daily supervisory tasks, such as organizing the work of the installer team and participating in it in a supervisory role, as well as maintaining work data in the SAP ERP system. An important task is to help your team succeed in their work and achieve the goals set for them. Occupational safety and its development are one of your areas of responsibility. This role may be just the right step in your career if you have: - A technical educational background suitable for the position (e.g. engineer/other equivalent) or equivalent knowledge - Experience in workshop or production supervisory duties - A desire to actively develop your supervisory skills and personnel management skills - Good organizational skills and a desire to take responsibility and support your team in everyday problem situations as well as in succeeding at work - A customer-oriented way of operating and a genuine interest in working in cooperation with different stakeholders. Knowledge of the defense industry and/or the armored and vehicle equipment of the DF is considered an advantage, as is knowledge and control of LEAN methods and experience in using maintenance information systems (e.g. SAP).
