Site Manager

We are currently seeking a Site Manager (with steel/welding experience) to join a major Data Centre construction project in Sweden on a freelance/contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile project with a leading construction team, ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Position Details Role: Site Manager Location: Northern Sweden Start Date: Autumn 2026 Contract Type: Freelance / Contract Duration: Long-term opportunity (1+ years) Rate: Dependent On Experience Key Responsibilities - Manage steel erection, fabrication, and welding activities on site. - Lead and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. - Monitor project progress, resources, and budgets to meet delivery targets. - Coordinate with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders. - Review technical drawings, specifications, and welding procedures. - Resolve site issues and maintain accurate project documentation.
