Job Description
We are looking for a customer advisor for multi-channel customer service. Your tasks include advising customers, guiding them, and resolving various customer situations in a friendly and efficient manner. As a customer advisor, you will be part of a knowledgeable and service-oriented team responsible for ensuring a smooth customer experience and supporting the organization in various customer service and administrative tasks. In your role, you will serve customers in a friendly and professional manner across different channels via phone, email, and chat. You will respond to customer inquiries, guide and advise on services, and independently resolve different customer situations. In addition to customer service, your tasks include several financial and administrative areas. These include handling debt collection assignments, payroll payments, and the settlement of possible seizures with authorities. You will process card orders and handle their invoicing, assist with invoicing tasks, and manage enforcement documents, ensuring proper archiving. Furthermore, you will handle financial requests, monitor cash flow, and ensure the implementation of possible refunds. You will also maintain accounts receivable and, if necessary, send unpaid receivables to collection. The work is diverse and requires the ability to work accurately, systematically, and independently, sometimes under tight schedules.
