About the Role The purpose of the role is to operate and monitor production equipment for the manufacture of label materials while maintaining high quality standards. Main Tasks * Operating and maintaining various machines and systems. * Preparing roll materials for further processing. * Independently adjusting and controlling process parameters. * Entering finished materials into the warehouse management system. * Performing quality control and initiating countermeasures in case of deviations. Qualifications * Preferably completed vocational training in industry or crafts or experience as a career changer in production. * Willingness to work in a 4-shift system. * Strong team orientation and reliability. * Basic PC skills and knowledge of the English language are an advantage. * Forklift license is desirable, but not a condition.
