Nurse

Attendo is seeking a Nurse for the Mäntyhovi home for the elderly in Mäntyharju. The role is full-time and permanent, with work primarily during weekday mornings. The nurse will be a key resource in the team, ensuring residents receive high-quality care and a safe, meaningful daily life. Key responsibilities include basic care for residents, monitoring health status, medication management and overall responsibility, and collaborating with doctors, relatives, and other partners. The ideal candidate is a team player who can also make independent decisions and provide professional support to practical nurses. Requirements include a nursing degree, vaccination protection as per the Communicable Diseases Act, a hygiene passport (or willingness to obtain one), medication permits, fluency in Finnish, a criminal record extract, and a social and health care professional card.
