Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of SME clients
- Build multi-level relationships with key stakeholders
- Oversee end-to-end travel programs via Sabre GDS
- Drive retention, growth and profitability
- Handle complex fares and itineraries
- Collaborate with team to deliver outstanding client experience
Requirements
- 2+ years experience as a Travel Consultant or Travel Manager
- High level of GDS proficiency, preferably Sabre
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Team player with strong attention to detail
