Do you want a varied and meaningful job where you make a difference in the daily lives of both children and staff? We are now looking for a floating early childhood education teacher to strengthen our operations at several daycare centers. As a floating teacher, you will divide your working time between several daycare centers and cover for the absence of other staff. You will work in children's groups together with regular staff and contribute to ensuring that the pedagogical activities maintain high quality even during temporary staff changes. The distribution of your working time is 40 percent at Knattebo daycare in Yttermalax, 40 percent at Solhagen daycare in Övermalax, and 20 percent at Söderfjärdsbacken daycare in Yttermalax. Your duties include: - planning, implementing, and developing pedagogical activities according to current steering documents - supporting children's learning, development, and well-being - collaborating with other staff and contributing to a safe and inclusive environment - being flexible and adapting to different work communities and children's groups We offer: - varied and developing work - the opportunity to work in several different daycare environments - support from colleagues and management Qualification requirements according to the Act on Early Childhood Education and Care 540/2018 § 26 or § 75. The work is full-time, 38.25 hours per week. Language requirement: excellent ability to understand, speak, and write Swedish. The person selected for the position must present a criminal record extract in accordance with Act 504/2002 before starting work. The selected person will have a probationary period of five months.
