Crane Operator

Do you want to be part of carrying out demanding lifting and rigging operations in some of the country's most exciting industrial projects? We are looking for an experienced and safety-conscious Crane and Rigging Operator who thrives on responsibility, collaboration, and varied workdays. About the position You will work with rigging, lifting operations, transport, and handling of equipment at our industrial and project locations. The role is important for ensuring safe, efficient, and quality execution of assignments, in close cooperation with colleagues and customers. Tasks - Planning and execution of lifting operations, including rigging, hooking, signaling, and crane operation - Control and inspection of lifting gear and equipment - Loading, unloading, and internal transport of material - Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, procedures, and quality standards - Contribute to maintenance and project work as needed Qualifications - Trade certificate in crane and lifting operations is desirable - G1 Mobile crane, G4 Overhead crane, G8 Truck crane - Valid slinging and hooking course (G11) - Experience from the industrial, building, or construction industry - Good understanding of lifting operations and risk assessment - Driver's license class B and C - Proficient in Norwegian oral and written Personal qualities - Good collaboration and communication skills - Service-oriented, independent, solution-oriented, and accurate - Safety-conscious and responsible - Ability to work both independently and in a team - High focus on HSE, ethics, and values We offer - A work environment where solid knowledge, mastery of tasks, and caring for each other are in focus - A workplace with a focus on equality, diverse minority backgrounds, good gender balance, age spread, and diversity in the workforce - Varied and exciting work tasks - Competitive salary and working conditions with good pension and insurance terms - Access to company cabins and apartments in Norway and Spain Some travel must be expected in the position.
