We are seeking a Foreman for the shipyard's machinery areas. As Foreman you are responsible for on-site supervision of installation work in your area, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring progress of tasks on schedule, and providing technical guidance. You ensure working conditions, material availability at sites, and safety. Includes interpreting task descriptions for the network and communicating changes to the design department, participating in progress meetings, and reporting to the regional manager. Required qualification is at least suitable AMK or vocational college degree. You may be close to completing your studies but have accumulated experience with installation work in dockyard and ship environments. Also required technical know-how and experience with various machinery systems and equipment. We expect proactiveness and independence and good collaboration with internal and external networks. Proficiency in Finnish and English is required. The Foreman role does not include administrative supervisory responsibility.
