Boskalis Terramare is looking for a Project Controller to strengthen its Nordic finance team and support the financial success of demanding projects in the Nordics and Baltics. What will you do? As a Project Controller, you will join Boskalis Terramare's Nordic finance team in Espoo and work closely with project managers, site teams, and finance colleagues across the Nordics. You will be responsible for providing financial support to projects throughout their entire lifecycle and helping the project organization understand project profitability, forecasts, financial performance, and risks. In this role, your work begins as early as the tendering phase, where you participate in the preparation of tender calculations. As projects start, you convert tender budgets into project budgets, monitor financial development, prepare forecasts and budget reports, and analyze project profitability. You support project managers in financial decision-making and also participate in cash flow monitoring, accounts receivable management, and project accounting, ensuring that operations comply with Boskalis's financial processes and SHE-Q guidelines. Projects are mainly located in the Nordics and Baltics and consist of, among other things, port development projects, marine construction, and other demanding infrastructure construction projects. Your daily work focuses on the Nordic business, but you will also collaborate with international colleagues within the Boskalis Group, for example in the Netherlands and the Abu Dhabi Shared Service Center. What kind of expert are we looking for? We are looking for a finance professional who wants to understand the business behind the numbers. Financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis are familiar to you, but you see finance primarily as a tool to support the business and enable better decisions. You enjoy collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders, building trusting working relationships, and daring to challenge existing practices when it supports the business. You work with a practical approach in an international environment where clear communication and initiative are valued. Above all, you are interested in deepening your expertise in project financial control supported by experienced professionals. After the induction, occasional remote work is possible, taking business needs into account. The position also includes occasional travel to project sites. We hope that you can start in the position in autumn 2026. The exact start date will be agreed upon with the selected person. The salary for the position will be negotiated individually based on your previous experience and expertise.
