The work is project-based, with durations ranging from a few weeks to several months, offering the possibility of long-term employment based on performance. The client company specializes in various demolition projects primarily in and around Turku. Main duties include building demolition tasks such as removing fixtures, sorting demolition materials, carrying materials, interior demolition, dismantling frame and roof structures, removing insulation, and dismantling floor structures. You will also actively participate in other general site assistance tasks. Work is typically performed Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Compensation is determined by the construction industry collective agreement. Requirements include a willingness to learn quickly and a proactive attitude. Previous experience in similar tasks is an advantage, although site-specific inductions are provided. A Class B driver's license and access to a car are considered assets. The ideal candidate is committed, handy, attentive, physically fit, flexible, and has a diligent work ethic. Work starts by agreement, and positions are filled as suitable candidates are found.
