Responsibilities
- Translate customer use cases to operational OTA test solutions.
- Design and implement functional and performance test solutions by integration of protocol stack and channel emulation capabilities into OTA chamber environments.
- Plan MPAC OTA system configurations RF validation approaches.
- Define OTA chamber requirements, including quiet‑zone performance, absorber characteristics, and structural needs.
- Specify probe antennas, positioners, RF cabling, and related chamber hardware.
- Support installation, alignment, and RF integrity checks of chamber components.
- Verify OTA system functionality, including chamber control, positioner performance, and test automation.
- Measure and evaluate RF‑quality metrics such as quiet‑zone characteristics, field uniformity, and phase flatness.
- Define and verify EMC, grounding, shielding, and other compliance‑related requirements for high‑power BS testing.
- Ensure that system meets regulatory and internal safety standards.
- Present OTA solutions to customers and support solution introduction and commissioning.
- Collect customer requirements and translate them into actionable engineering specifications.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and system‑level support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Experience in OTA testing, RF measurements, antenna systems, or wireless test system integration.
