Terminal worker for on-call work in evening and night shifts We urgently need a terminal worker for on-call work in evening and night shifts for our client's Tampere location. The work is well-suited, for example, alongside studies or another job. You will work in the terminal as part of a team ensuring the smooth handling of the flow of goods. Your duties include loading and unloading shipments, sorting, rerouting, and other daily terminal tasks. The work is fast-paced and physical. Evening shifts are on weekdays between 14:00 and 22:00, and night shifts between 22:00 and 06:00. Shift lengths vary from 4 to 8 hours. Shifts are mainly announced the previous week, but workers for individual shifts are also requested weekly on short notice. There are 0–5 shifts available per week per employee, depending on the terminal's needs and your own availability. We expect previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or terminal work, as well as experience using a counterbalance forklift. The position requires good physical condition, fluent Finnish language skills, and a precise and systematic approach to work. Remuneration Remuneration is determined according to the terminal operations collective agreement (TES). Depending on the salary group corresponding to the employee's skills, the salary range for the position is €16.29–18.43/h. In addition, evening and night shift premiums are paid. Interested?
