Head of Marketing for Astara Auto Finland Oy, leading Kia and Mitsubishi brand marketing in Finland. The role combines strategic vision, data-driven approach and practical execution. You will own the marketing agenda, work closely with sales, distributors, partners and international brand teams, and report to Commercial Director. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing plans aligned with business and sales goals; building Kia and Mitsubishi brand awareness, appeal and demand in Finland; leading campaign planning and execution with the team and partners; shaping digital customer journeys, conversion and marketing effectiveness; leveraging customer, market and sales data in decision making; managing the marketing budget, investments and performance; developing dealer marketing in close cooperation with sales; leading and developing your own team. The successful candidate will be commercial, hands-on, able to see the whole picture and drive tasks to completion. Requirements include at least five years in marketing and communications, team leadership and development, strong commercial thinking and proven marketing impact, budget and investment management experience, experience with branding, digital marketing, CRM and analytics, excellent collaboration and communication skills, fluent Finnish and English (Swedish an advantage), higher university degree, and automotive industry experience as a plus.
