We are seeking hot work and hole watchers for TA26 1.9.–30.9.2026 (70 positions). We are looking for motivated and responsible hot work and hole watchers for our client Porvoon Maske Oy to work in Kilpilahti during the autumn 2026 turnaround. Job Description In the role of hot work and hole watcher, you are responsible for site safety by monitoring work and ensuring adequate protection. This work is a central part of site safety and requires an attentive and diligent approach. Your duties include: - Continuous monitoring of hot work sites - Ensuring fire safety during and after work - Monitoring entry and exit from tanks - Following site safety instructions and reacting to deviations - Actively making safety observations and reporting them to the electronic system Working Hours - Staggered shifts from Monday to Saturday - Working hours are between 6:00 and 18:00, with workdays primarily 10 hours long Requirements - Ability to work under pressure – you can remain calm in challenging and unexpected situations - Precision and punctuality – the work requires constant concentration and adherence to instructions - Good physical condition – workdays involve a lot of walking and standing, and potentially some climbing of ladders and stairs - Strong sense of responsibility and a safety-first attitude - Legal age (18+) - Good proficiency in Finnish Considered an Advantage - Previous experience as a hot work or hole watcher or other site supervision tasks - Occupational safety, hot work, and emergency first aid cards - Good cooperation skills We Offer - Orientation for the role - Hot work card training (valid for 5 years) - Occupational safety card training (valid for 5 years) - The opportunity to gain valuable experience from a large and diverse site environment, as well as important and responsible supervision tasks Remuneration is according to the collective agreement for the property services sector.
