Vocational Teacher in Logistics

The duties include teaching vocational units of the basic degree in logistics (theory and practice), implementing driving license training for categories B, C, and CE, and teaching basic professional competence training for the transport sector. The position primarily consists of teaching groups subject to compulsory education, but also includes some work with adult/flexible learning groups. Additionally, the role involves duties as a group lead teacher, guiding workplace learning and conducting skill demonstrations, as well as developing teaching and field-specific activities together with other stakeholders. Requirements for the applicant: - Degree as a traffic instructor - Qualification as a vocational teacher (in the absence of qualified applicants, unqualified applicants will also be considered) - Driving entitlement for at least categories C and CE - Experience in traffic instruction for driving license categories C and CE - Work experience in the transport sector in freight transport duties - Valid professional competence in the transport sector - Proficiency in working with forklifts, machinery, and various equipment of the field of study - Strong interaction skills, ability to cooperate, and a developmental approach to work Considered an advantage: - Previous experience in vocational education teaching duties - Experience in teaching students subject to compulsory education - Experience using the WEB-auto program The Act on the Checking of the Criminal Background of Persons Working with Children (504/2002) requires that the person appointed to the position must present a criminal record extract as referred to in Section 6, subsection 2 of the Criminal Records Act (505/2002) before assuming the office/duty.
