Food Industry Worker

We are now seeking for our client in Sastamala FOOD INDUSTRY WORKERS Do you feel comfortable in an industrial environment and in work that requires precision? Do you have a curious nature and a desire to learn? Our client is looking for production workers. Previous experience is not required, but a clear, fearless attitude and natural precision are important. You should not fear physical work and must be at least 18 years old. Your duties include packing, warehouse work, and food handling. The workplace is not accessible by public transport, so your own car and a Class B driver's license are required. Work is performed in two shifts. The work starts as soon as possible and is initially fixed-term until January 2027, but there is a possibility of long-term employment for a high-performing employee. Thorough induction is provided, and success is determined by the willingness to learn and attitude. Considered an advantage: * Previous experience in food industry work * Punctuality, natural team spirit, and good physical condition * Above all, an enthusiastic and responsible attitude towards customer-oriented teamwork * Hygiene passport or readiness to obtain one Requirements: * Finnish (B2.2-C1) / Conversational Finnish B2.2-C1 level minimum * Class B driver's license and own car to get to the workplace We offer: * Stable work with the possibility of long-term employment * Employment contracts are made according to seasons * Salary according to the food industry collective agreement, in the range of €11.92 and €12.85 / h If you are interested in the position, send your application along with your CV via the link in the announcement.
