Service Technician

The Service Technician has a varied workday, working independently on the service, maintenance and repairs of Carrier equipment and other manufacturers’ equipment. You are a key part of a professional team that values quality, safety and a good working atmosphere. Key duties include repair, maintenance and upkeep of Carrier and other equipment; autonomous planning: contacting the customer and agreeing on work times; preparing materials and procurement for maintenance and repairs; documenting completed work in the job management system and providing feedback to the customer; ensuring equipment listings are correct and daily time reporting; identifying customer needs and creating upsales; actively participating in development of work practices, processes and Carrier products; promoting a positive and pleasant work environment. We are looking for someone with a secondary education in refrigeration techniques, HVAC, environmental engineering or a related field; leadership skills and ability to work independently; refrigerant certification, class Y3; hot work permit and good EHS competence; experience in customer service and technical maintenance work; ability to build trust and represent the company to customers; fluent Finnish and English. Overtime and on-call duties may be part of the role. Salary range: This position’s annual salary is between EUR 53,153 and EUR 57,563 per year; Benefits include a competitive total compensation package; details vary by role and location.
