We are now seeking a DIGITAL SERVICES MANAGER for our IT services to act as a link between real estate data systems, integrations, and business teams. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting real estate data systems, ensuring the functionality of integrations, and resolving system-based issues in collaboration with our partners. You will work closely especially with accounting, rent monitoring, and controlling teams to ensure smooth daily operations, processes, and systems. The role combines technical skills, problem-solving ability, and business understanding, and the specific responsibilities will be tailored to the skills and strengths of the selected candidate. Your key responsibilities include providing expert-level support for real estate data systems, ensuring smooth integration and data transfer processes, and developing systems and procedures in collaboration with business, clients, and partners. Additionally, you will participate in the deployment of new functionalities, documentation, and user support during change situations. To succeed in this role: You have an enthusiastic and development-oriented approach to system, process, and user experience development. You have experience as a system administrator or in similar system support roles for real estate data systems and understand system integrations and data transfer processes. Basic SQL skills and experience with ITSM or ticketing systems are considered advantages. Familiarity with key real estate processes such as rent monitoring, management, and financial management is important, and you work naturally with both business and IT suppliers. The role requires at least five years of experience in similar roles. Your working style is independent and solution-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a systematic manner. You are also willing to innovate and develop operations boldly. Proficiency in Finnish and English is required.
