Your duties in a multidisciplinary team include, among other things, care and nursing with a rehabilitative approach, monitoring the condition of multi-morbid customers, and medication administration. We also hope you are enthusiastic about developing new things together with other team members. Previous work experience in home care is considered an advantage but is not essential. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION: - Degree as a Practical Nurse - Driver's license - Vaccination protection in accordance with Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act - Good Finnish language skills - Valid LOVE permits - We will check the criminal record extract The work is two-shift work. You have the opportunity to influence your shifts; we have autonomous shift planning. Remuneration: Private social services sector TES. Holidays are negotiable when changing jobs. Salary is paid every two weeks. We hire new team members as soon as a suitable candidate is found. Work can start according to the agreement. It is also possible to work part-time or on a gig basis.
