IT Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead IT services for finance systems at our Helsinki headquarters. The role involves developing the SAP ERP environment, supporting finance applications, managing vendors, and ensuring high-quality IT services for the finance function. You will work with the finance organization to supply optimal solutions and maintain financial systems, with a future-oriented view on SAP, including S/4HANA, automation, and reporting. The position requires proactive communication as a bridge between business needs and digital solutions, keeping IT services up to date and guiding suppliers. We expect experience in SAP Finance processes, project management, and vendor management; S/4HANA experience is a plus. Strong collaboration and communication skills in Finnish and English are essential, as is relevant education or equivalent experience.
