Logistics Supervisor

In Finland we employ over 500 eager people across 24 department stores during peak seasons, with more stores planned in 2026–2027. We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor for Biltema Hyvinkää store. The logistics supervisor is responsible for optimal store product flow, daily warehouse routines, stock management, order processing, scheduling in logistics, stock control and after-sales, while also engaging with customers. You will be part of the store management team and take turns supervising the entire store operations. We expect sales and customer service mindset, experience in retail management, solid IT skills, collaboration and initiative, willingness to work morning, evening and weekend shifts.
