We are seeking the right-hand person for site managers for a PERMANENT employment in the capital area. We are looking for a motivated and precise worker to operate on welding and earthmoving sites. The job requires a B-driver's license, a hot-work card, a road safety card and a work safety card. It is possible to manage with a B-license, but having a car is essential. We require fluent and flawless Finnish, good work motivation and that tools stay in hand. We also value recommendations from a previous employer. Job description includes assisting on welding and earthmoving sites, fetching supplies from the main warehouse by van, and maintaining cleanliness of the warehouse and sites. Occasional duties include acting as fire watch, assisting HIAB driver on sites, and other tasks defined by supervisors. Work is outdoors in all weather conditions. Working days start from Espoon Lommila, from where we move to job sites. Working hours are generally Monday–Friday 7:00–15:00, but days may extend depending on the site. What we offer: permanent contract in a solid and growing company. 40 hours per week. Good and warm work clothes. Base pay is negotiated in accordance with Tekno TES, depending on experience. On top of pay, a per-day meal allowance of 13.50 euros is paid in accordance with the Teknologiateollisuus collective agreement, and any overtime is paid daily as well. There is potential to expand duties into insulation work or other tasks. We offer a friendly and professional team. Start date is negotiable; we are not in a hurry to fill the position, but the right candidate with motivation and qualifications is essential. Selected candidate must be able to start by 1 Oct 2027.
