- Partner with Payroll Sales to shape go-to-market strategies
- Serve as SME on Global Payroll services
- Communicate value through demonstrations, proposals, presentations
- Develop sales collateral and solution playbooks
- Translate client needs into scope of work for Implementation
- Educate teams on Global Payroll technical components and value proposition
- Provide market feedback to Product teams
Requirements
- Deep understanding of payroll service models, multi-country and multi-state payroll processing
- Experience consulting on global payroll processes
- Sales acumen with SaaS/tech-enabled services
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Strong technical aptitude
- Team player with cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Professional payroll credentials such as FPC, CPP, PHR, SHRM-CP (nice to have)
- English fluency
