Practical Nurse

We are seeking a Swedish-speaking practical nurse for a permanent position at the Ilmatar unit of Koskelan Senior Center, which includes two homey 17-place care units. You will join a friendly, supportive team. Our mission is to make residents' daily lives functional and happy, providing care and support so residents experience meaningful and dignified lives. We value participation in meaningful, capacity-building activities and cooperation with relatives. We follow kinesthetic-based ways of working and train staff accordingly. Daily recording uses APOTTI and RAI systems. As a practical nurse, you will act as a lead nurse in a multidisciplinary team, planning, executing and evaluating patient care. You should be motivated, creative and good at teamwork, with strong cooperation and humor. New winds are blowing at Koskelan Senior Center as a new building is being constructed nearby, with completion in autumn 2027. We look forward to your application.
