Santa Claus

We are seeking a cheerful, charismatic and empathetic Santa Claus for Northern Lights Village Levi. In this unique role you will help create unforgettable experiences for our guests and bring the magic of Christmas to life for everyone who visits. As Santa Claus you will play a key role in building warm memories that guests carry in their hearts long after their visit. The job requires a warm customer service attitude, a joyful personality and the ability to embody the character and convey the true spirit of Christmas to our guests. Key duties include greeting families and guests, posing for photos with guests, getting to know guests’ preferences to tailor personal service, keeping Santa’s cabin clean, maintaining Santa’s outfit with dignity and authenticity, collaborating with guides and elves, and adapting to various guest interactions with patience, empathy and creativity. What we expect from you: previous customer service experience; valid B-driver’s license; fluent written and spoken English; ability to create a welcoming and joyful atmosphere for all guests; exceptional communication and storytelling skills; ability to work with children; willingness to work outdoors in cold temperatures; flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays. Beneficial qualifications include education in acting or performing arts; Finnish language knowledge; previous experience as a wilderness guide; experience in hospitality; knowledge of the local area; photography skills; First Aid certificate. Start: November 2026; Ends: March/April 2027. 120 working hours per three-week period. Monthly salary negotiable based on applicable collective agreement and experience.
