POST-CONSTRUCTION CLEANER TO HELSINKI – FINAL CLEANING FOR OFFICE RENOVATION We are seeking a post-construction cleaner for our client for a final cleaning project in Malmi, Helsinki. Work begins at the end of August, and in the first phase, work is available for at least one week. Additionally, a second phase of the same project will be completed at the end of September, offering another post-construction cleaning period. If you enjoy meticulous work and want to see the concrete results of your efforts in a finished site, this position may be for you. The tasks consist of the final cleaning of a renovated office property. The site contains extensive office spaces, so the work includes vacuuming, wiping surfaces and counters, and final cleaning of the spaces before commissioning. If necessary, window washing may also be part of the duties. The work requires thoroughness, a good working pace, and a keen eye for cleanliness. We hope the applicant has fluent Finnish language skills. Previous experience in post-construction cleaning is considered an advantage, but a responsible work ethic, initiative, and a desire to produce high-quality results are most important. We offer the opportunity to work in an interesting renovation project as part of a professional team. Salary is determined by experience and skills, approximately 13–15 €/h, and the employment follows the collective agreement for the property services sector.
