Service Supervisor acts as a shift supervisor who is responsible for the smooth operation of customer service at the travel store, and for the seamless cooperation between the kitchen, dining area and the market. Duties include guiding and assisting other shift workers toward a successful service experience and meeting set goals. The supervisor leads by example, showing how to handle situations and solve them, and participates in daily tasks like any other employee. Success in the role is based on common service and quality objectives that guide everyday actions. You will be supported by the entire ABC Koria team: area manager, travel store supervisor, other service supervisors, and capable, committed staff. This position can also be a stepping stone to future, more demanding supervisory roles if you are interested. We expect: experience and/or training in travel and restaurant sectors, daily customer service skills, ability to give clear instructions and to express your views constructively, a positive and responsible attitude, resilience under pressure and ability to prioritize, basic IT skills (experience with S-group systems is a plus), and strong customer service skills. The role requires shift work during all ABC Valkeala opening hours. Our working language is Finnish; other languages and a serving license and hygiene card are considered a plus.
