Job Description
Onitio is an IT group founded in October 2023, formed through the merger of InfoCare Group and former Visma companies Exso AS, Value Retail Consulting AS, and EssCom AB. Onitio Group is owned by the Norwegian investment company Aars. At Onitio, you will work on diverse and varied tasks in a great team. There are approximately 1,600 Onitio employees in total, with about 300 working in Finland. You will have the opportunity to work independently, utilize your skills, and develop professionally. We are now looking for an IT professional for on-site support for our client’s Meyer end-customer in Turku. In this role, you will assist corporate clients with everyday IT challenges and ensure that devices and systems operate smoothly. The work is performed during office hours on weekdays. Tasks vary according to customer requests. The employment is fixed-term until December 31, 2027, and part-time (0–37.5 hours/week), with the start date flexible according to agreement – our goal is to find the right person to start no later than August 2026. The core responsibilities of on-site support include customer support for various IT devices, such as phones, computers, and printers, including troubleshooting. Support is provided remotely, on-site, and via phone. The role involves active use of the ServiceNow ticketing system for handling service requests and precise documentation of actions taken. Responsibilities also include maintaining security standards, managing software, installations, and updates. The position requires basic knowledge and understanding of Intune management system, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID. We expect from you: Relevant IT education or experience in similar roles A proactive, responsible, and initiative-taking work attitude Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service Fluent Finnish and English skills, both spoken and written A driving license B, ability to use your own car is not mandatory + Work safety card is a plus!
