Technical Solutions Engineer Associate

Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot data center blockers and stakeholder concerns to achieve swift resolution. Design, improve, and iterate on internal tools, software, and automated frameworks to streamline the issue management life-cycle. Create standardized technical playbooks and processes that enable the Google Server Operations team to manage and resolve issues autonomously. Partner with Engineering and Server Operations stakeholders to investigate, identify, and fix the fundamental root causes of negative business outcomes. Manage project schedules and timelines while fostering engagement with various cross-functional partners and providing essential business support by participating in weekend on-call duties or assigned work shift rotations.
