The municipality of Ylitornio is seeking a fixed-term class teacher for basic education. The starting date is as soon as possible, no later than September 1st, and the employment continues until July 31, 2027. The position is located at the Ainiovaara site of Ylitornio Comprehensive School. Ylitornio Comprehensive School is a unified school featuring modern and pleasant workspaces as well as comprehensive teaching equipment. The municipality of Ylitornio and the entire Tornio Valley region, with its hills and waterways, offer a clean natural environment and excellent conditions for comfortable living and diverse hobbies. The eligibility requirements for the position are in accordance with the Decree on the Qualification Requirements for Teaching Staff (986/1998). The selected candidate must present a criminal record extract as required for those working with children, in accordance with the Criminal Records Act (504/2002). The probationary period is 3 months. Salary is according to OVTES. Interviews may be arranged during the application period, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
