Store Supervisor

Supervisor role is central to the store's daily operations and customer experience. Lead by presence, create energy in the team and ensure campaigns and routines are implemented consistently every day! What does the work involve? • Lead daily operations in your area of responsibility • Promote sales, service and campaign implementation • Ensure high store standards and efficient product flow • Motivate, monitor and develop sales staff in their work • Promote good and smooth cooperation in the store • Participate in store responsibility shifts Who are we looking for?
