Family Day Care Provider

FAMILY DAY CARE PROVIDER We are seeking a family day care provider to work in their own home in a permanent employment relationship starting September 1, 2026. The duties of the family day care provider include early childhood education implemented in the provider's home. A key aspect of the role is the home-like environment, where care, education, and learning take place in a small group. The provider may have a total of four children in care at once. Additionally, a pre-primary aged child or a school-aged child may be placed in the group for the afternoon. Meaningful work awaits you! The eligibility requirement for the family day care provider position is a suitable vocational qualification or other appropriate education for the field (Early Childhood Education Act 540/2018). A six (6) month probationary period applies to the position. If necessary, the selected candidate must provide a criminal record extract in accordance with the Act on the Checking of the Criminal Backgrounds of Persons Working with Children (504/2002) and a tuberculosis clearance. Salary and terms of employment are determined in accordance with the Municipal General Staff and Government Employees' Collective Agreement (KVTES). The position-specific salary is 2,127.52 euros per month. Additionally, a work experience supplement may be paid based on previous work experience. The KVTES work experience supplement is 3% or 8% of the position-specific salary, depending on relevant experience. The application period ends on August 16, 2026, at 4:00 PM.
