BUS DRIVER FOR WINTER SEASON – ROVANIEMI Do you want to work in the heart of the Lapland winter and be part of travelers' unforgettable holiday experience? We are looking for a professional and service-minded bus driver for the 2026–2027 winter season in Rovaniemi. On offer is a versatile job in an international tourism environment where every workday is different. Job Description As a bus driver, you are responsible for the safe and smooth transport of travelers and contribute to creating the customer experience throughout their visit. Your duties include, among others: * Airport transfers * Internal transfers between accommodation sites and the holiday village * Transfers to various activities and safaris * Customer service and assisting travelers * Ensuring the cleanliness and condition of the vehicle * Small errands when necessary * Other assisting tasks related to seasonal operations In your work, you will meet international travelers from all over the world daily, so a service-oriented mindset, a positive attitude, and good English language skills are important for the role. Expectations * Valid category D driver's license * Valid professional competence for passenger transport (CPC) * Previous experience as a bus driver * Fluent skills in Finnish and English * Service-oriented and professional approach to work * Reliability, initiative, and responsibility * Ability to work safely in varying winter conditions * Flexibility for different tasks during the season Previous experience in tourism, transport, or customer service is considered an advantage.
