Our team is looking for a proactive SERVICE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING TASKS IN OULU. Your task is to take care of the cleanliness of the customer site on weekday evenings or early in the morning, which is why the work is an excellent fit for, for example, a student or someone looking for a small extra income. The work includes, among other things, maintenance cleaning of halls as well as club and social spaces. You will also be interacting with customers, so customer service is part of your job duties. Work starts immediately upon finding a suitable person. We expect from you: - reliability and a proactive approach to work - good Finnish interaction skills for customer service situations - previous cleaning experience and/or a degree in the field is considered an advantage, but we will orient you to your tasks We offer you independent work with flexible working hours. Despite the independent nature of the work, the service coordinator and service supervisor are there to support you in everyday life. Remuneration follows the collective agreement for employees in the property services industry according to salary group 2. More information about working hours: Working hours are from Monday to Thursday between 18:00 and 22:00, a total of 4 hours per week. In the summer season (June 1st to August 31st), there is work on Thursday evenings, about 1 hour 45 min. It is also possible to do the work the following morning before 9.00. The employment relationship is part-time and valid until further notice.
