Eezy is seeking an HR Specialist to join Eezy Henkilöstöpalvelut in Helsinki for a roughly one-year fixed-term engagement focusing on staffing and client management for our construction-sector customer companies. The HR Specialist acts as the administrative supervisor of our contractor workforce, ensures smooth HR processes from recruitment to employment termination, interprets collective agreements as needed for the construction sector, and drives the HR operations for construction personnel. You will be a point of contact for our clients, assess their needs in the construction field, and strengthen internal sales with a business-oriented approach. The Helsinki office is located in Pasila, next to Tripla. Working hours are flexible with partial remote work possible, but work is mainly performed from the office. The role starts in autumn 2026 and is a one-year fixed-term contract, with potential extension. We expect several years of experience in construction staffing and HR services, with strong understanding of different work agreements and business mindset, and a service-oriented attitude. A customer- and candidate-oriented approach is valued. The role involves interpreting construction-sector collective agreements and managing the HR processes from recruitment to work certificate. Compensation is 3500–4000 €/month depending on experience. The position invites applicants from diverse backgrounds and follows an equal and transparent recruitment process.
