Crisis Worker

The vacancy is for a Crisis Worker in the social and crisis day service. The role may be filled by a nurse or a social worker, with additional crisis training considered advantageous. The unit handles urgent social day-to-day crisis work and acute crisis interventions for residents of the Vantaa and Kerava area, operating around the clock. The unit follows STM recommendations for psychosocial support during acute crises. The position involves three shifts. The Crisis Worker acts as a partner to social workers in social work tasks. The team works in two units: daytime psychosocial crisis work and long-term planned crisis work. The location is in Tikkurila, with collaboration across social and health services. Requirements include driving licence and the ability to obtain security clearance. The salary is 3259.50 EUR per month, with possible additional pay based on prior experience. Terms follow the SOTE collective agreement.
