Experienced roofing worker / roof sheet fitter – Concrete Urakointi Oy Concrete Urakointi Oy is looking for a skilled and experienced roofing professional with strong expertise in roof and roof sheet work, including installation of bitumen membranes. Duties: - constructing, installing and repairing flat roofs; - installation and finishing of roof sheets; - installation and repair of bitumen membrane roofs (membrane); - roofing waterproofing work; - installation of roof structures and substrate materials; - reading construction and architectural drawings and working accordingly; - planning stages and coordinating work progress; - organizing workers and supervisory tasks; We expect: - at least 5 years of work experience in similar roles; - strong hands-on skills in roofing, roof sheet work and waterproofing; - experience in installing bitumen membrane roofs; - good ability to read construction drawings; - ability to plan and organize work processes; - experience in guiding workers and leading a work group; - ability to work independently and make decisions on site; - Finnish and Russian language skills are mandatory; Location: Helsinki and the Helsinki metropolitan area.
