Production Worker

FY-Composites Oy is a manufacturer of demanding composite structures and ballistic protection for military and authorities. Our products and services cover personal protective equipment and tailored composite solutions for soldiers and authorities. We design and manufacture products with over 30 years of experience, and work with soldiers and authorities to test and develop products for northern conditions. We are now hiring Production Workers for FY-Composites Oy in Pirkkala for fixed-term employment. The role includes various stages of composite manufacturing related to defense and security sectors, such as machine operation, bonding, measurements, installations, and general production tasks. The work currently runs on day shifts, with a move to two shifts in the near future, and the job may require three-shift work when needed. Start date is as soon as suitable candidates are found. Work will begin with a 6–12 month fixed-term contract through Wirestaff, with good chances for permanent employment afterwards. The recruitment process includes medical examination, background check, and a drug test due to the work environment and nature.
