Civil Supervisor – Data Centre Construction (6-month contract) Kouvola, Finland The role will involve overseeing all on-site civil works, ensuring safe, high-quality delivery in line with programme requirements. You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, carry out site inspections, and support the project management team in resolving site issues. Requirements: Previous experience as a Civil Supervisor or Site Supervisor on large-scale industrial or data centre projects Strong knowledge of civil construction works and site coordination Experience managing subcontractors in fast-paced environments Good understanding of HSE and quality standards Strong communication and reporting skills English and Finnish speaking required 6-month contract with potential extension.
