We are looking for a dynamic and creative Brand & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and strengthening Hilti's brand presence while driving impactful digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver compelling customer experiences, increase brand awareness, generate demand, and support business growth. What You’ll Do Your day-to-day responsibilities in this role will include the following: Brand & Communications Develop and execute integrated brand and communication plans aligned with business objectives. Ensure consistent application of Hilti's brand identity across all customer touchpoints. Create, adapt and manage marketing communication materials for both online and offline channels. Support internal and external communication initiatives, campaigns, launches and events. Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to localize campaigns and ensure brand consistency. Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers and creative partners. Monitor brand performance and identify opportunities to strengthen market positioning. Digital Marketing Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels. Manage website content, landing pages and customer journeys to improve engagement and conversion. Develop and execute social media strategies that increase reach, engagement and lead generation. Support SEO, SEM and digital advertising initiatives. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Manage marketing automation activities, email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing programmes. Stay up to date with emerging digital trends, technologies and best practices. What You’ll Bring To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, marketing communications or a similar role. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, customer journeys and content marketing. Experience managing social media platforms, websites, email marketing and digital campaigns. Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, marketing automation and digital performance measurement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities. Creative mindset combined with analytical thinking and attention to detail. Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment. Experience in B2B marketing is advantageous. Requirements
