Hotel Receptionist

We are looking for a native level Tagalog speaking Hotel receptionist & Lead to join our team in Aito Igloo & Spa Resort. -1 ppl – Duration of the Agreement: We are looking for potential candidates to start from September with a seasonal contract, with the possibility of extending the contract. – Part-time position / Full time position *Requirements: -4+ years experience working in a hotel receptionist or guest services role. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other necessary computer programs. -Solid written and verbal communication skills. -Fluency in English is a must and native level fluency of Tagalog language is required. -Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure. -Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. -Professional attitude and appearance. *Basic Duties and Responsibilities: -Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out, especially Philippines customers -Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor. -Respond to all guest questions and requests by email and phone in Tagalog and English -Manage guest bookings and reservations. -Coordinate with Tagalog speaking Employees for better communication and outcome in absence of Hotel Manager – Lead the hotel receptionists and other hotel operations in absence of Hotel Manager If you believe you are enthusiastic and have the expected skills, send your cover letter and CV in PDF file to us at jobs@nordictrav Travels.eu.
