ESPA is seeking a Junior Manager to join our friendly team. The role involves leading activities for the under-9 age group and serving as the head coach for one age-group team. We emphasize high-quality coaching and the development of our coaches so that we can provide players with the best possible environment to practice, play and grow toward their personal peak. We are now looking for a key piece of our new strategic season: a top-level practitioner in children’s physical activity to become Junior Manager of the 5v5 age group. The job includes managing activities for the under-9 age group and being the lead coach for one age-group team. What we expect from you: strong communication and pedagogical skills; experience coaching children’s football; teamwork and organizational ability; self-drive; enthusiasm and willingness to develop yourself; fluent Finnish language skills; education in pedagogy and football coaching is an advantage.
