Vos missions: - Être un partenaire clé du business: travailler en étroite collaboration avec les Business Units pour comprendre leurs enjeux et adapter les capacités opérationnelles - Orchestrer la performance: assurer la fluidité des flux (commande, production, facturation) et identifiez les leviers d’amélioration pour gagner en efficacité - Faire le lien entre métiers et systèmes: traduire les besoins terrain en solutions concrètes, en collaboration avec les équipes IT et produits - Piloter l’amélioration continue: être moteur dans la mise en place d’initiatives visant à réduire les délais, améliorer la qualité et optimiser les performances - Contribuer à un projet international structurant: participer activement au développement et à la transformation du réseau CDC à l’échelle mondiale

Responsibilities
- Be a key business partner: work closely with Business Units to understand their challenges and adapt operational capabilities
- Orchestrate performance: ensure flow across order, production, and invoicing and identify levers to improve efficiency
- Bridge business and systems: translate field needs into concrete IT and product solutions
- Lead continuous improvement: drive initiatives to reduce lead times, improve quality and optimize performance
- Contribute to an international strategic project: actively contribute to the development and transformation of the CDC network globally
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in operations, project management or business integration
- strong analytical and structured thinking
- comfortable in international and matrix environments
- ability to influence and mobilize without direct hierarchical lines
- appetite for processes and systems
- Bonus: experience in industrial, logistics or automotive sectors
- English fluency and international mobility required
