We are looking for an energetic and reliable SERVICE SUPERVISOR FOR SUBSTITUTE CLEANING IN VERSATILE SITES for a permanent, part-time employment relationship. Work is located at several different cleaning sites in the Hämeenlinna area, with varying working hours. Depending on the situation, 0-20 hours of work accumulate per week. Sites include, for example, a swimming hall with weekend substitutions, service homes with morning and evening shifts, and a school site with weekday substitutions. Working hours vary from week to week as needed, so we hope you are ready to work morning and evening shifts. Job duties include: - Maintenance cleaning: Washing floors, wiping surfaces, and emptying waste bins. - Keeping sanitary facilities clean. - Management of cleaning equipment and agents: Maintenance of cleaning equipment, refilling cleaning agents, and maintaining the warehouse. - Inspection and reporting: Reporting any damages or maintenance needs to the supervisor. The work of a cleaner is particularly meaningful, as cleanliness directly affects the customer experience, the well-being of other staff, and the efficient daily operation of the site. The cleaner promotes health, hygiene, and well-being. Employment begins: Immediately upon finding a suitable person. We expect from the applicant: - Initiative. - Finnish language skills to support communication and occupational safety. (Work language is Finnish fluently.) - A sunny customer service attitude and readiness to commit to the job tasks. - Driver's license and access to a private car (or other vehicle). - Swimming skills.
