Agricultural Machinery Mechanic We are looking for a skilled agricultural machinery mechanic for our client for a permanent position as part of a proficient service and repair team. Our client is a well-known, long-established company in its field, known for quality service, strong expertise and long-standing customer relationships. The company’s service team serves farms, contractors and other heavy-equipment users. As the team grows, it is looking for a new professional to strengthen its service and repair operations. In this role, you will work with a wide range of tractors, machinery and other heavy equipment. The work offers varied days, practical problem-solving and the opportunity to use and develop your technical expertise. Your duties include: - Servicing and repairing tractors and other heavy equipment - Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting - Handling spare parts and providing customer service related to spare-parts sales - Occasional customer visits in the Central Finland region - Resolving mechanical and technical problems The work includes both scheduled maintenance and more demanding repair work. The days are varied, and each task gives you the opportunity to apply your expertise in practice. We hope you have: - Experience servicing and repairing tractors, machinery or other heavy equipment - The ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems - An initiative-taking and responsible approach to work - A customer-service mindset and good interpersonal skills - Fluent Finnish - A category B driving licence Your previous experience may come from agricultural machinery, machinery, heavy equipment, industrial maintenance, or other mechanical installation and repair. We especially value strong mechanical skills and a desire to develop professionally.
