You can work either as an employee or as a Telos Partner using a business ID (Y-tunnus). **What is Telos?** We are a modern mental well-being and low-threshold therapy house. We offer our clients easily accessible, approachable, and high-quality therapeutic conversation support, short-term therapy, as well as individual, couple, and family therapy for various life situations. We believe in preventive support, flexible availability, and meeting people individually, without performance pressure or diagnostic labels. Please note that the support provided by Telos is low-threshold therapy and mental well-being/short-term therapy services. Telos is not a healthcare unit and does not provide psychotherapy regulated by Valvira or reimbursed by Kela. **Two flexible ways to work at Telos** Design your job description entirely according to your own life situation: 1. AS AN EMPLOYEE (Employment contract) You work as a Telos employee within a ready framework. You do not need to worry about entrepreneurial obligations and can focus 100% on client work. 2. AS A TELOS PARTNER (With business ID / Professional) Enjoy full entrepreneurial freedom and flexibility. As a Telos Partner, you can hold appointments at Telos's representative locations or remotely – and if you wish, you can also use your own premises for client work alongside the Telos platform and client guidance. **What do we offer you?** - Full freedom to manage your calendar: Decide your own working hours, appointment format, and workload. - Diverse space options: You have access to Telos's high-quality locations (Helsinki Kamppi and Ruskeasuo, Espoo, Vantaa, Turku), a remote platform, and the possibility for Partners to work from their own premises. - Ready client guidance & marketing: We take care of your visibility and client acquisition. Our digital Telos Compass guidance tool directs clients suitable for your profile and themes. - Peace of work and support: Reception rooms, functional remote tools, and a warm community of experts. **Who fits in?** We are looking for experts in different forms of therapy (individual, couple, and family therapy) from various educational backgrounds: - Therapists and specialists (e.g., short-term therapists, couple and family therapists, psychotherapists). - Experts in different orientations: We welcome professionals from solution-focused, cognitive, integrative, psychodynamic, and other therapeutic orientations. **What do we expect from you?** - Education and professional background: A suitable degree in the field of therapy (e.g., short-term therapist, couple or family therapist, psychotherapist). - Supervision and development: Commitment to regular supervision and maintaining professional skills. - View of people and values: An empathetic, present, and respectful approach. Ability to meet the client warmly without judgment, performance pressure, or diagnosis-centeredness. - Ethics and confidentiality: High professional ethics, adherence to confidentiality, and reliability in all client work. - Independent approach and responsibility: Readiness to take responsibility for your own calendar, client relationships, and active operation on the platform. - Digital skills: Fluent ability to hold remote appointments and manage your own times and client data in digital systems. - Working method: Readiness to act either as an employee or as a Telos Partner with a business ID. **How to apply?** We want to make applying as easy as possible for you.
