Machinist

We are seeking a machinist / production worker for our client in Kerava for a permanent, full-time position. You will work in a modern, clean, and safe production environment manufacturing high-quality plastic components for various industrial sectors. This role is suitable for you if you want to develop in versatile production tasks, enjoy practical work, and value a close-knit, skilled team. Previous experience in machining is a clear advantage – but the most important things are good technical understanding and a willingness to learn. The work begins as a staffing agency assignment, with an excellent opportunity to transition to the client company's own payroll later. What does the work involve? As a production worker, you will participate in the manufacture of plastic components from start to finish. The work is practical, varied, and rewarding – you will see the concrete results of your work in the finished products. Your duties include, among others: * Part changeovers in machining * Handling and processing of raw materials * Sawing and cutting * Use of plate milling machines * Use of CNC machines in production * Measurement and quality assurance of parts * Finishing of finished products * Daily maintenance of machines and workstations The work is in a 2-shift rotation (Mon–Fri) between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM. What we expect from you: * Experience in industrial production tasks (e.g., metal, plastic, or wood industry) * Readiness for 2-shift work * A careful and precise approach to work * Good technical understanding * Motivation to learn new things and develop your skills * Fluent Finnish language skills If you are proactive, precise, and enjoy a production environment, you will fit this role perfectly.
