Phone Sales Representative - Remote

We are looking for motivated salespeople for our client JTT-Sales Oy to sell electricity agreements to consumer customers. You can sell remotely or from the Joensuu office. Responsibilities include contacting potential consumer customers by phone, identifying their needs and proposing electricity contract solutions, closing sales and delivering results with a bold, straightforward attitude, and developing your own sales skills with daily learning from customer interactions. Previous sales experience is an asset but not required; a positive attitude, winner’s mindset and fluent Finnish are key. Compensation is on a commission basis per sale (60–110 EUR). Expected monthly earnings with basic activity are around 3000–4000 EUR. We provide thorough onboarding and team support, and remote work is allowed with a own computer and entrepreneurial spirit.
